A young person you know may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge – learn an action plan to help them find the right resources.

Anyone, anywhere can be the one to make a difference in the life of someone who is struggling – if WE know what to do and what to say. The Mental Health First Aid one day training teaches you how.

And, not only do you learn how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders in your community, but it also teaches you how to be nonjudgmental, compassionate and a great listener.

If you or your group would like to enquire about bringing Mental Health First Aid into your workplace or into an organization with which you are involved, please email us at info@communityincrisis.org. We can host the training at the Community Hub in Bernardsville or come to you! A $50 course fee per person covers all materials and snacks.
