This free morning of workshops, designed primarily for people in recovery but beneficial for all, will explore the many pathways to inner peace through:
- Mindfulness – presented by Jacky and Dan, Counseling and Mindfulness Group, LLC
- Vipassana meditation – presented by Lori, Noble Steps Group
- A 12 Step perspective – presented by Karen, Journey to Freedom Big Book Group, Livingston
- Yoga – presented by The Phoenix, a sober active community

WHAT: A light breakfast and fellowship will welcome you at 8:30AM. Interactive program 9 – 12. Please dress comfortably as we will be moving and meditating together.
