March to the beat of your own drum! Join our shared community in music, mindfulness and connection led by CiC volunteer, Eric Amadeo.
Drumming and percussion is said to help induce deep relaxation, reduce stress and maintain spiritual well-being. Sounds pretty good to us.

We encourage you to bring a drum – or a coffee can! No coffee can? Bring a trash bin! Something to drum on. Points for creativity.
