Mindful Stress Relief: Neurographic Art

This drawing technique is based on the idea that drawing in this way can help engage and strengthen the neurons in our brains, connecting the conscious and subconscious mind and leaving us feeling positive, mindful, and less stressed. No artistic ability is needed, as this workshop is more about the process—although you will surely be pleased with what you create!
