Your donation of $60 means one middle school student can enjoy weekly Hub Club after school, learning about making healthy choices while enjoying a community service project in a safe and nurturing environment. Our incredible high school role models volunteer their time to guide our Hub Clubbers, support them and give them confidence.
Your donation of $100 pays for a Narcan (naloxone) training and kit. Narcan is a lifesaving opioid antidote to hopefully reverse an opioid overdose. Sometimes our families need them at any hour of the day.
Your donation of $200 opens the door for an individual in recovery to enjoy four weekly cooking classes, learning a new skill or discovering a new hobby. With 80s’ music blasting in the beautiful commercial kitchen of Liberty Corner Presbyterian Church, a space kindly and generously gifted to Community in Crisis, participants produce some excellent dishes, make new friends, and eat like kings!
And your donation of $500 pays for a much-in-demand vaping workshop that Community in Crisis offers all over Somerset County. With a hands-on display and an in-depth presentation on the effects of harmful substances on the adolescent brain, this workshop has been delivered to educators, counselors, coaches, swim teams and parents. Requests for the workshop continue to pour in – can you help us deliver them.
