MINDFULNESS, MEDITATION AND MOVEMENT

This free morning of workshops, designed primarily for people in recovery but beneficial for all, will explore the many pathways to inner peace through:

  • Mindfulness – presented by Jacky and Dan, Counseling and Mindfulness Group, LLC

 

  • Vipassana meditation – presented by Lori, Noble Steps Group

 

  • A 12 Step perspective – presented by Karen, Journey to Freedom Big Book Group, Livingston

 

  • Yoga – presented by The Phoenix, a sober active community

 

WHEN:         8:30AM – 12:00PM Saturday, September 7, 2019

 

WHERE:        The Community Hub, 2 Morristown Rd, Bernardsville NJ. Click here for directions.

 

WHAT:         A light breakfast and fellowship will welcome you at 8:30AM.  Interactive program 9 – 12. Please dress comfortably as we will be moving and meditating together.
