6/4/26- EFT (TAPPING)
EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique—commonly known as tapping—is a stress-relief practice that blends acupressure, kinesiology, and mindfulness. In this class, you’ll receive an introduction and experience a guided tapping session.
Led by Jennifer Caputo.
6/11/26 – 5Rhythms Dance
Created by Gabrielle Roth, the 5Rhythms® is a conscious dance practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. The 5Rhythms are Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. These Rhythms are a movement map that, when practiced, allow us to get grounded in our bodies, express our hearts and clear our minds so that our trueessence can come forth effortlessly!
6/18/26 – Drumming
Drumming facilitates a state of relaxation, joy, and a sense of well-being. In addition to learning rhythms, come develop tools to encourage wellness & social interaction.
6/25/26- Sound Bath with Gong
Sound is vibration—and so are you.
Sound healing bypasses the thinking mind, helping your nervous system soften, reset, and return to its natural rhythm. Come receive the vibrations and return to your natural rhythm.
7/2/26 – Sound Bath
Sound baths offer an immersive meditative experience. Using instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and tuning forks, each session creates calming, balancing sound frequencies that relax and restore mind, body, and spirit.
7/9/26 – Sense & Stillness
Slow down and drop in with guided sensory meditations using scent, sound, and gentle movement. This workshop invites you to explore grounded presence through the senses, cultivating mindfulness in the body and breath. No experience necessary — come as you are.
Led by Lucy Parker & Paul Muniz of Coqui Yoga.
7/16/26- Nia Dance
This class blends talk therapy with Nia, modern dance, yoga, martial arts, the Feldenkrais Method, and creative arts to support mind, body, and spirit. No formal dance experience is required. We move barefoot, exploring the body’s natural rhythms and imagination in a free, expressive way.
7/23/26 – Qigong
Led by Mike Schmidt. Qigong is a form of Chinese energetic medicine that combines physical movements, breathing techniques, meditation, and visualization to balance the body’s internal energy, or Qi. Practiced for thousands of years, it aims to promote healing, restore balance, and enhance physical, mental, and emotional well being.
7/30/26 – Meditate, Move & Mellow Out
Your body knows how to relax. Sometimes it just needs a little help. This gentle class combines quiet meditation, easy movement, and guided deep rest to help your body and mind unwind. You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more at ease.

Art Exhibition with The Center for Contemporary Art
In honor of Recovery Month, Community in Crisis, in partnership with the Center for Contemporary Art, invites artists in recovery and recovery allies to participate in Expressions of Resilience — a powerful exhibition celebrating healing, hope, strength, and the human spirit through art.
This special exhibit provides a platform for artists to share personal stories of resilience and recovery through creative expression while helping to spark connection, conversation, and compassion within our community. We welcome submissions of one original piece that reflects the theme of resilience in any artistic medium.
The exhibition will be on display from September 12 through October 18, 2026 at the Center for Contemporary Art. Artists interested in participating are encouraged to register by June 19, 2026.
