Sounds of Recovery: Sound Bath Workshop

Fully immersive sound bath experience led by Kat Roman.

Join us as we unwind and come to see that sound healing is one step short of magic.  Life can be stressful sometimes – come lay on the mat for a while.  Become immersed in the healing benefits of a sound bath. Leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Tips to make the experience better: Yoga Mat if you choose to lie on the floor (recommended), you may bring a blanket to place on the mat, a cushion for under the knees to provide additional comfort, an eye cover and anything else to create your ultimate rest nest. There will be seating available as well.

***Please know it is not recommended to receive a Sound Bath if you have recently had a concussion or are someone who experiences epilepsy. Please consult with your Dr. before attending.
