Sound, Meditation and Movement

Join us as we are guided by Andy through meditation, led in the practice of Nia with Dana, culminating in a Sound Bath session offered by Sarah of SKY Sound Yoga.
10am – 1pm Saturday March 11 @ the Community Hub, 9 Church St. Bernardsville
Doors will open at 9:30 AM for fellowship.
Tips to enhance your experience; yoga mat if you choose (we have a limited supply), you may bring a blanket, a cushion for under your knees or head, an eye cover and anything else to create your ultimate rest nest. There will be seating available as well.
