then stay in person oronline a little longer for a peer-led Mindfulness EatingPractice from the safety of your own space.

Immediately following the Noble Steps meeting we will have apeer-led guided mindfulness eating practice as a group. You’re invited to prepare a small breakfast to enjoy in person or in the comfort of your own home.
