- Improving health and vitality with physical and mental fitness – Karianne & Bill Anthes (Between the Ears).
- Rejuvenating and rebalancing Sound Bath – Sarah Yeung (CIC Holistic Natural Recovery).
No prior experience required. Supplies will be provided.
