Holistic Natural Recover Wellness Workshop

Join us to celebrate 1 year of Holistic Natural Recovery programming with a special wellness workshop featuring:
- Community Drumming – Vicky Mulligan (Life Center Stage)
- Land Acknowledgement & Native Song Circle – Israel Walker (Beauty Walker)
- Sound Bath – Sarah Yeung (CiC Holistic Natural Recovery)
In addition to the celebratory rhythm of drums and soothing vibrations of sound bath, you will be guided in a heartfelt land acknowledgement ceremony to recognize the Lenape people (the original stewards of the land the Hub is on), followed by a native song circle session.
