DESCRIPTION:Harness the healing power of nature with Audrey. \nJoin us for a gentle hike on Bernardsville’s own Mine Brook Park Trail with pauses to journal\, reflect and share on our experience in nature. \nSaturday April 22\, 2022 from 9-11am \n271 Mine Brook Rd\, Bernardsville\, 07924 \nAudrey Costa\, owner of Deep Rooted Wellness and Creatives\, has over 20 years’ experience in the health and wellbeing space. She has taught in the classroom\, the boardroom and in the outdoors! She is Trauma and Recovery Informed and has lived experience as well as education and trainings that have provided her with the knowledge to work with people recovering from trauma and substance use. She holds a BS in Physical Education\, and is a Certified Personal Trainer\, Certified Health Coach\, Nutrition Specialist\, 200RYT and Certified Nature Informed Coach! Audrey is an avid hiker and backpacker\, Gourd Artist\, and published author. Willie accompanies her on her Nature Therapy sessions and provides 1:1 and group outdoor custom experiences to deepen her clients personal journey to healing. \nQuestions?
