Mindfulness and Mandalas
Mandala Art Healing Event
The Mandala is a sacred circle that has been used since the beginning of time. They have been used as tools to expand consciousness, deepen meditation, healing and spiritual development. We will explore Mandala art and create our very own personal and unique Mandalas to promote tranquility and peace.
What we will do:
No art experience necessary. We will grow our Mandala creation together.
Please have available the following items to the online event:
8.5 x 8.5 plain white sheets of paper, a lead pencil, a ruler and an eraser.
Bring your favorite coloring tools. Time permitting we will fill your creation with color.
