DESCRIPTION:Are you willing to go even further out on a limb for your wellness?  \nCome join us July 9 @ 10am – 1pm: Community Hub\, 9 Church Street\, Bernardsville \nOur facilitator\, Ashley Ryan\, YT\, LCADC< CCTP\, creator/owner of Holistic Healing Path will lead a presentation on the 5th and 6th Limbs of the Yogic Path\, Pratyahara (meditation) and Dharana (concentration). \nAshley will also lead us in the practice of both disciplines. \nWe will close our workshop with a brief 30 minute movement practice. \nPrior attendance is not necessary but you won’t want to miss out on this workshop.
