DESCRIPTION:Explore the restorative and rejuvenating energy of sound for your holistic recovery! \n\nStacy V \nCrystal Bowls \nThe sound vibrations emanating from the bowls re-tune the listener’s body by opening\, clearing\, and rebalancing the body. When the body is vibrating in harmony with the whole\, it is in a state of homeostasis or sound health. \nVicky Mulligan\, Life Center Stage \nDrum Circle \nCommunity Drumming is a positive\, uplifting\, and interactive experience that invites all into a sense of connection and belonging. Drumming helps to relieve stress and create positive shared experiences. \nYou don’t have to be a drummer to participate. Everyone has something to offer the circle\, and all are welcome. \nKat Roman\, The Healing People \nSound Healing \nOur bodies respond to the vibrations of different sounds or frequencies. A Sound Bath immerses us in these vibrations by utilizing various instruments (chimes\, Himalayan bowls\, crystal bowls\, tongue drums\, etc…). This creates a deeply meditative state by slowing our brainwaves and allowing our bodies to experience rest. A body at rest has time to restore. \nThe Sound Bath will have a beginning\, a middle\, and an end. \n***Please know it is not recommended to receive a Sound Bath if you have recently had a concussion or are someone who experiences epilepsy. Please consult with your Dr. before attending. \nAll are welcome\, no experience required. \nThere is limited space for this unique workshop. With your help\, our side yard will transform into a place of calm and tranquility where our community is invited to relax\, unwind\, and reconnect\, surrounded by the beauty of nature. \nWhether you are a green thumb\, or are all thumbs\, we would love to welcome you to this project.
