SUMMARY:Moderation Management
DESCRIPTION:Moderation Management is a great way to help you evaluate your relation to substances and connect with a community that focuses on taking steps toward a healthier and happier life. \nOur group provides a non-judgmental\, compassionate and supportive community for anyone who wants to change their relationship to substances in a positive way. We meet each other where we’re at and encourage each other to keep going when the road gets tough. Come as you are. \n \nJoin us on Tuesdays at 7pm Eastern via Zoom\, 6pm Central \n(1st Tuesday of the Month is hybrid: in-person / zoom at the Hub) \nIn person meeting held at the Community Hub: 9 Church St\, Bernardsville NJ. \nClick HERE to enter Zoom meeting.\nQUESTIONS?\nPlease contact Ken at:\nKmusgrove@communityincrisis.org or 973.876-3378 for specific details. \nMM empowers individuals to accept personal responsibility for choosing and maintaining their own path\, whether moderation or abstinence. We promote early self-recognition of risky substance use when moderation may be an achievable goal of harm reduction. To learn more\, go to https://moderation.org

Be a part of the solution and come roll up your sleeves as we help those struggling with food insecurity by harvesting fresh produce. \nSeptember 14 from 5-7pm. \nLocation: TBD! Grow A Row has two Clinton area farms (Pittstown and Milford) within minutes of each other. Due to the unpredictable nature of farming and the weather\, we won’t know the farm location or what we’ll be harvesting until about 3-5 days before the event. We will reach out via text to alert you before the big day. \nQuestions? Contact Sarah: spopa@communityincrisis.org \nA message from the cause themselves: \n“Join our farm team! We believe everyone deserves access to fresh food for healthy living. With the help of 9\,000 volunteers annually\, we harvest\, rescue\, and donate over 2.5 million pounds\, or 10 million servings\, of produce to hunger relief agencies throughout New Jersey\, New York City\, eastern Pennsylvania\, the mid-Atlantic region\, and beyond.  Volunteering with America’s Grow-a-Row is a fun\, rewarding experience that directly impacts people struggling with food insecurity in our local communities.”
