SUMMARY:Limb Path Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Are you willing to go even further out on a limb for your wellness?  \nCommunity Hub\, 9 Church Street\, Bernardsville \nLearn about the 7th and 8th limbs of the Yogic Path\, Dhyana(keen awareness) and Samadhi (ecstasy). \nOur facilitator\, Ashley Ryan\, YT\, LCADC< CCTP\, creator/owner of Holistic Healing Path will lead a presentation on the 5th and 6th Limbs of the Yogic Path\, Pratyahara (meditation) and Dharana (concentration). Ashley will also lead us in the practice of both disciplines. \nWe will close our workshop with a brief 30-minute movement practice led by Karin German\, certified Hatha Yoga Instructor. Karin will lead a weekly yoga class beginning Tuesday October 25 @ 6pm. \nPlease dress comfortably. Yoga mats will be available\, but\, of course\, bring your own if you choose. \nSpace is limited.
